Standard Domestic Delivery is FREE Australia-wide for orders over $99
Express Delivery is $10 for all orders
3. What payment methods do you accept?
You can make payment directly through our checkout page via a credit/debit card, Afterpay or PayPal.
We accept all major forms of debit / credit card including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
4. What is your refund policy?
Please note we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items, only exchanges or store-credit once your return item is received back at our facility. If you change your mind, that particular item doesn’t suit your body etc, we have other items to choose from and find your item.
NOTE: Returning items. You, the customer have agreed and understands to cover any costs involved to receive store credit for the value of your returned order. This means you will only receive store credit to repurchase your items for your existing order (excluding shipping) and the customer will be required to cover any costs involved to reship your goods. We are not the couriers and cannot be held liable for any costs which are incurred in using their services. All exchanges and returns will be shipped back to our return address on your packaging.
Returns (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store-credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or store-credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.
Shipping Exchanges (if applicable)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
